Diagnose before acting
Every engagement starts with a full crawl audit. Problems that look like content issues are often architecture issues. I find the actual source.

Build systems, not one-offs
Python scripts, automated pipelines, reusable templates. The goal is always to make the next 1,000 pages easier than the first 10.

Measure everything
Traffic forecasting with scenario models, custom dashboards in Metabase, PostgreSQL as the analytics backbone. If it can't be measured, it doesn't count.

Write clear documentation
Every TZ, matrix, and specification delivered in a format a developer can actually implement. Miscommunication is a performance issue.
